Toothbrush donation for Hope Foundation's sanitation program

Sunday, 24. February 2008, 06:07 Uhr

For a few months now, Hope Foundation has been organizing a sanitation and hygiene project that aims to promote and enhance clean and healthy habits among children in primary schools across Cameroon. The main aim of this project is to educate these youths on the importance of hygiene to our health and daily activities. From our volunteers they gain knowledge about how to brush their teeth, clean themselves everyday, keep their environments clean and more.

Our heartiest appreciation to the Kulturverein e.V, an ngo based in Breitenfeld, Austria for their sincere and heartfelt support for our project efforts, where they recently donated a big box of 80 toothbrushes to our organization.

Encouraged by such generosity, we would like to continue to call for donations of various hygiene equipment such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, towels and other such equipment to support our sanitation and hygiene project. A little bit goes a long way to promoting and enhancing healthy ways of living among Cameroonian children.
