Hope Foundation has gone into partnership with the Ecosocial Forum Europe which is one of the initiators of the Global Marshall Plan. This organisation which is based in Vienna, Austria has been widely promoting the Global Marshall Plan Concept which is a newly developed concept based on balancing the world with an ecosocial market economy.
